Thales Track: WEkEO : an operational EUMETSAT, ECMWF and Mercator Ocean DIAS for Copernicus data easy only access and processing
WEkEO is a DIAS ( Copernicus platform) offering harmonised Data Access, Cloud Infrastructure and Expert User Support. This platform allows the users to beneficiate of the datasets already available (satellite imagery, meteorological data, Atmopheric data, maritime data, but also model and forecast and all the technical expertise support on the data and earth observation (thematic expertise of EUMETSAT, ECMWF, MERCATOR,EEA). Allowing sciences users and industry to mix and launch processing on the data thank to our hybrid cloud infrastructure. The users taking benefit from a distributed infrastructure connected by an ultra high-speed backbone, and from the cloud-based hosted processing with tools.
